Psalm 91

I wrote this song for a friend of mine that was pregnant with her first child. The baby died unexpectedly in the womb...I wanted to write something to bring some mercy and some hope and maybe some healing. Psalm 91 is an incredible Psalm.
Little did I know that several years later I would be singing this song over my wife as she lay bleeding in the 14th week of pregnancy with our 4th child. As I sang the Psalm over her, peace began to fill the room and fear began to disperse. The bleeding slowed and finally stopped.
That little baby, whose life was saved through music, is now 16 and playing drums and guitar. She wrote me a song when she was in the third grade. She continues to write...God has a plan!
