How do we do that? Glad you asked!

We train and support "Musicianaries." These are professional level musicians that have a heart to serve. They bring their gift of music and mercy to hospices, homes and hospitals with live, therapeutic music at the bedside. They bring hope in Alzheimer's units with lively, memory evoking musical sessions. Mercy Music Musicianaries bring love through concerts to shelters, prisons and treatment facilities.

We are supporting and promoting musical education around the globe...with music schools in Denver and now in Antigua, Guatemala! Check out the video "Mercy Music in Antigua, Guatemala" to see some of these students.

We have provided over 500 instruments to children and young musicians in 15 different countries on 5 continents! Some of these musicians have gone on to professional careers because of an instrument that was given to them through the generous support of Mercy Music donors. This young lady was born in the jungles of Burma after her family fled their village that was being bombed by the government. Music was one thing that gave her family strength while they were 18 years in hiding...she came to America and could not afford a guitar...and that's where Mercy Music came in!
